A-book is a full-featured address book software with
dialer. A-book supports envelope printing and label printing. A-book
combines two approaches in its interface: a treeview representing a
hierarchical structure of multiple user-defined "books" and a
tabbed alphabet bar for quick filtering of the contacts. You can easily
manage your books and contacts using drag-and-drop. Each contact record
stores plenty of data such as name fields, phone numbers, e-mails,
addresses, birthdays, job and family information. You can also specify
text style and background color. A powerful search feature helps you to
find desired information in the database.
With the Address and Phone Book, you can enter
someone's name and address including 4 phone numbers, Birthday, E-mail
Address, Fax Numbers and web page address. You can scan a picture of
someone and put it in the PhoneB95 Directory and then load it into the
Phone Book and it will always appear when you bring up that persons
name. You can start a e-mail client, web browser and word processor from
within the program. You can view the photos in original view. You can
print Envelopes that will reflect your address as sender and the Address
of the current entry and print out the contents of the address book. You
can print Avery Address labels from the phone book and also Day Runner(R)
pages. It is also possible to E-mail your address book to other family
and friends. (Phone dialing). You can dial a up to 4 phone numbers from
the current entry in the book by the push of a button. The database can
be compacted when it gets to be too large. Also, you can repair or
back-up your database.
Personal Mailing List is a personal database
management program for keeping lists of persons or businesses. It is
ideal for personal or small business use to keep mailing lists,
Christmas lists, client lists, etc. You can have an unlimited number of
lists (databases) and each list can contain an unlimited number of
name/address records. Personal Mailing List excels at printing mailing
labels, and also will print several informative reports for safekeeping
as hardcopy. Personal Mailing List can import records from DBF (dBase)
and ASCII files.
