Alphabet Tabs with Smart filters for
your Microsoft Outlook Contacts folder!
The Alphabet4Contacts toolbar displays an English alphabet tab in both "Address" and "Phone List" Views. The software provides an easy access to your contacts through sorting and filtering them by a selected first letter. This program is not just replacing the standard "Contacts Index", it is a one-click filter that will save your time as a notebook with pre-sorted, filtered, and easily accessible contacts. Sort by contact name, last name, company name, etc. If you are looking for means to save your time, this add-on is for you.

The Alphabet4Contacts toolbar displays an English alphabet tab (26 letters, from "a" to "z"), a "123" tab for digits, and an "All" tab (no filter applied), as well as additional buttons: a view changer for switching between the Address Cards and Phone List modes, a filter changer for quick selection of needed filter and an arrow button.
- Self adjusting
A one- letter tab can mean one or more letters (for example, “a-b”, “c-d”, … or “a-e”, “f-j“, …), when outlook window is resized. The quantity of tabs can vary from 3 (“All”, “123” and “a-z”) to 28 (“All”, “123”, “a”, “b”, …, z”).
- Storing option
If the “Remember selected letter” option is checked, Alphabet4Contacts remembers which letter was selected and which filter was applied last time you were using the folder, so you can see it when you open this folder in MS Outlook next time. These settings will not be lost when the folder is moved or renamed.
- Easy filtering
With the filter changer you can sort your contacts by the company name, last name, etc. with just two clicks.
- Drag and drop
The location of the Alphabet4Contacts toolbar can be easily changed by dragging it to the left, right, top or bottom border of the window. The same changes can be made from the Options menu, also.

Autoroute SMTP (ARS) is designed for automatic switching between SMTP servers depending on what network you are currently working in. E.g. you have two Internet service providers - FIRST and SECOND. Normally, IP address authorisation is used for SMTP servers, therefore when you are connected to the FIRST ISP you can send mail to any e-mail address from any e-mail address through his mail server (e.g., SMTP.FIRST.COM). In the same way, having established connection with the SECOND ISP you can freely use its server SMTP.SECOND.COM. But not vice versa.
Normally, in that situation user has to get a e-mail address from a free mail server and use its SMTP server to deliver mail, though server of ones ISP ensures much faster and more convenient delivery. The problem is that one has two ISP's. Autoroute SMTP offers solution for that problem. The only thing you have to do is to enter one mail server with address localhost (or 127.0.0.1) in your mail client settings. Then, the mail client will establish connection with Autoroute SMTP, and Autoroute SMTP will automatically switch it to the right server.
To choose the right server, Autoroute SMTP compares your IP address to IP addresses of SMTP servers you have entered and chooses one that is located in your sub-net. If no server was found, Autoroute SMTP can use server your specified in the settings. You can also disable automatic server detection, or even choose a mail server in automatic mode yourself from the list you have created by clicking the "Next >>" button.
With Autoroute SMTP you always can easily show the way to your letters.

Put Outlook data straight on your desktop!
DeskLook is a program that reads data directly from your Outlook and displays them on the desktop which becomes interactive. It resembles Outlook Today data view with addition of a calendar for three months: current, next, previous.
Appointments in the calendar list are displayed according to the setting in Customize Outlook Today and the same goes for tasks in tasks list and folders in messages list. Everything is interactive, e.g. you can double click on an appointment directely on the desktop to get it opened in Outlook; or double click on contacts link to bring up Outlook Contacts.
DeskLook offers two data views, fixed central and customizable side bar, in three different styles with changeable transparency, and works even if Outlook is not started so you will have your data available all the time. You can easily hide data without exiting the program if that is necessary or use special option to hide data automatically when computer is locked.
DeskLook is able to start your Outlook so you can use its launch on startup option to have both programs automatically started each time you switch on your computer. Duplicates Remover for Outlook is powerful and flexible tool intended for search and processing of duplicates in Microsoft Outlook folders. Program process contacts, notes, tasks, journal and calendar items in Microsoft Outlook folders.
You can use Duplicate Remover for Outlook to find duplicates both in one folder and in different folders. A duplicate found could be: marked with flag, deleted, copied or moved to any folder you choose.
Priority system in add-in is used when you search duplicates across several folders. Using the priority system, you can specify, for example, that of the two identical items stored in the folders "Important Letters" and "Temporary Folder", it is the item from the temporary folder that should be considered duplicate and needs to be deleted (marked, moved).
Action over a duplicate:
- Mark with the flag - the duplicate will be marked with the flag ;
- Remove the flag - the flag will be removed;
- Move to folder... - duplicate found will be moved to the duplicate folder specified below;
- Copy to folder... - duplicate found will be copied to the duplicate folder;
- Copy to folder and mark with the flag... - duplicate will be copied to the duplicate folder and marked with the flag in its current location.
- Delete (move to Deleted Items folder) - duplicate will be moved to the Deleted Items folder.

Mail Storage Guard is an extension for Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 and IIS SMTP servers, designed to protect your mail server from unneeded promotional mail (spam), prevents mail relaying, mail bombing and NDR attacks. The protection is realized both on the level of SMTP protocol and on the level of message delivery to storage.
Mail Storage Guard is easy to install and set up, so no special training is necessary either for user or for your administrator. Mail Storage Guard is fully integrated with Microsoft Exchange Server.
Mail Storage Guard process all incoming emails which comes to your SMTP server and if the message is spam then it may be rejected, deleted, pointed to postmaster or moved to Bad mail folder.
Protection on SMTP protocol level
Protection on SMTP protocol level lets us to block messages, getting only head of message. Such protection method reduces incoming internet traffic and absolutely excludes the harmful program coming to your server.
Protection on transport level
Protection on transport level lets to manipulate the message coming to your server, but not yet arriving to the receiver mail box. Such protection method lets to block the message but at the same time send it to mail server administrator for analysis.
Message delivering only to registered receivers
Microsoft Exchange gets all incoming messages by SMTP protocol. If server can't find message recipient inside the system then the message is returned to the sender (non-delivery report, NDR). This scheme has serious hole in safety as sender address isn't checked and the violator can specify any sender address. Mail Storage Guard may reject all "misaddressed" mail or point such messages to specified mailbox.
Message blocking with the help of Senders Black-List
You can create your own senders black-list and insert there the addresses of those senders who send unneeded promotional mail (spam). To the senders black-list you can insert not only e-mail addresses, as well as e-mail addresses with masks that lets to block whole groups and even whole
domains.
Message blocking with the help of DNS blackhole list
Mail Storage Guard supports multilevel block with the help of DNS blackhole list (ORDB, SPAMHAUS, SPAMCOP, DSBL and others). You can use more that one servers at once, that will rise the probability of revealing of the messages containing spam.
Sending of the blocked messages to mail server administrator
The main point of the anti-spam program is the block of messages containing spam, but another important point of such program not to block needed messages. To determine if your spam filter works right or not there is a need to send messages to mail server administrator for the following analysis.
Program maintenance of the detailed log
For the analysis of the message accepted your SMTP server there is a need to look through the log file Mail Storage Guard. It contains detailed information about every incoming message and it's condition.
