Convert chm to html browser-based help system!
Using chm2web you can convert documentation in the chm format (html help) into a full-featured browser-based platform-independent html help system that can be viewed in any modern web browser. The set of HTML files created by chm2web can be as well uploaded to your web server or used locally as a help system for your products.
Using chm2web you can also convert a compiled HTML Help file of any size to a format readable on your PDA (PocketPC, HPC, Palm or Psion).
Why create web online help systems?

Easy Index Generator provides quick and simple creation of customizable index files (files of Contents) for any files types, which can be used in CHM (HTMLHelp), eBooks, online Help, as DataCD menu, as Site Map of your Website, making it easy to have an overview of the website and get the quick access to HTML pages, graphics, media files, shared documents, applications, archives etc.
The program has a visual interface. This makes it easy to design and create index files. You get the output file as you design it. You can specify which types of files will be indexed and sort the items by moving them up and down, creating logical sections.
Easy Index Generator can create two types of tree menus of indexed files in a target HTML file: static menus and click-to-open menus. In static menus all sections are displayed as simple text, and all items — as simple links. When user clicks on a static menu item the linked page opens.
Click-to-open tree menus are the type used in Windows Explorer for displaying folders: they open when clicked, and remain open until clicked again. This kind of menu allows you to sort items in different logical sections which display their contents when user clicks on a section header. These tree menus work in Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, and other browsers. You don't need to do any javascript programming; the software does all the work.

"Scribe" JIT Software's Software License Terms Generator is a WINDOWS based tool that software authors can use to generate license documentation for their product(s) with the minimum of effort. The Generator produces documents based on US and UK legal precedent and contains topic specific and "boiler plate" clauses that can be used to protect the intellectual and copy rights of software authors from infringement and at the same time reduce liabilities.
There are two very good reasons to use this software: cost and protection. We develop software ourselves, and one of the biggest bills we faced was the legal fees associated with writing license documentation for our products. We paid an attorney to write our first license agreement which cost us a nearly UK £500.00. When we examined the terms of the license we found that it was based on standard legal terms (what are known as "precedents") and that in fact our attorney had used a template to draw up our license documents. We decided that this was something that we could automate and we set about finding suitable prototypes.

Visagesoft for Windows® Help Designer is a stand alone and true WYSIWYG Windows help authoring tool. It provides all the basic features of a Help authoring software, including the ability to work with topics, set the browse order of topics, and open and save RTF files. It can also launch the Windows Help compiler to build the project. However, the features don't stop there. Advanced features let you embed graphics and multimedia objects; set non-scrollable portions of the Help file window; import C/C++, plain text, and RTF files; and export context ID maps for C/C++, Visual Basic, and Delphi, as well as export HTML-formatted code from the Help project. You can even produce layouts and create manuals from your Help project. The included spelling checker can use Microsoft Word dictionary files. Full online help is provided.
